Lessons In Love
Men
are like jeans: you have to try on a lot before you find one that
fits. Still, who says you can't have a good time with Mr Wrong?
We show you 5 types of men and what loving them can teach you about
life.

Seems
like only yesterday that I went all weak-kneed every time I saw
a boy I fancied. When just the sight of some cute guy was enough
to send my schoolgirl heart aflutter and turn my brain to mush.
So, whatever happened to that girl? Good chance she's grown up,
and learnt a couple of things about herself, courtesy of the man
she fell in love with. Here, we show you what Mr Right and Mr Oh-So-Wrong
can teach you about the L word.
Lesson
1 - The Bastard
Mister
Stuck-up appears too cool to be true. He smiles at you one minute
then treats you like a panel of glass the next; trouble is he knows
just how to get your hormones working overtime! The only kind words
that come out of his mouth are "I forgot your name." But he manages
to say it in such a groovy monotone that you can't help but grin
like a monkey and start shrinking. His daily dose of moral values
comes straight out of any movie with a psycho in it. Fun for him
is promising he'll call tomorrow, then going on puppy-kicking sprees
with his buddies and leaving you chained to the phone for an eternity.
Have sex with this scoundrel and you'll wake up a hell of a lot
wiser! You might even pity the poor sod, who'll probably only grow
more delusional with time. You on the other hand would have gained
some sinfully wicked insight on the art of social manipulation.
Listen
and learn:
Don't however dismiss the rewards of this encounter; this emotional
apocalypse could unleash in you a dam of unbridled creativity.

Lesson
2 - The Lady's Man
Gooey-eyed
kissing and cuddling is the glue that binds you and Valentino to
you. This pretty baby lurves women and has hordes of female admirers
and he just "couldn't help it..." if they throw themselves at his
physical splendor. Affection is what this fragile puppy needs, and
he gets it wherever it presents itself. After the thrill of making
all the girls envious over your prize catch wears off, you start
wondering which Jane Austin novel he gets all his goofy romantic
one-liners from.
Listen
and learn:
You'll be walking out on this one with the pants on! After what
The Bastard put you through, you deserve all the extra helpings
of pampering you can get. |
Lesson
3 - The Sweetheart
You
can talk to him like he was your girlfriend. Your family adores him
and you somehow think this is the boy you "should" be with, but you
can't help breaking out into giggles every time he tries to kiss you.
He spends his time planning dates and talking about "our future".
You whine about your problems, smile a lot and reply, "I love you
too."
Listen
and learn:
Sex is the last thing on his mind, and he's so soo... careful
that he makes you feel like a monumental porcelain doll. Once
this calm patch of coupledom is over, and you hug and stay pals,
you'd have enjoyed the pleasure of being wooed like a princess
and learnt the joy of companionship. |
Lesson
4 - Man of the World
Older,
sophisticated, well-travelled, possible divorced (or married) and
totally self-sufficient. This package of class with all the moves
of 007 will draw you in and seduce with such sassy intellectual
conversation, that after a couple of brain orgasms you'll be so
confident about your cerebral endowments, you might consider burning
your Wonderbra.
Listen and learn:
This dizzy affair could leave you feeling a little bewildered;
the chill of detachment comes almost as quick as the heat. But
as soon as you're back on your feet, you'll be feeling the exhilaration
of independence and relishing all the privileges of being female.

Lesson
5 - The One You'll Never Forget
You don't even remember exactly when the sparks
flew, but you know for a fact, he still turns you on! His nose looks
weird; he's got the most embarrassing laugh you've ever heard. He
knows exactly what to do when you're feeling down. He sticks up
for you when nobody else does. You could be stuck with a den of
wolves and feel safe knowing he's with you. You feel good sharing
your deepest fears with him. You remember how great it feels to
always be smiling. He makes you feel strong and constantly aware
of how lucky you are to be a woman.
Listen and learn:
Don't let this one go. Ever. |
